RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise if you are not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all standard items purchased from us within the first 14 working days of the delivery date.
We can offer a full refund for the item within 14 days of the delivery date, but are unable to offer a refund for any delivery costs. This refund policy does not apply to bespoke items, please contact us via email or phone in this case.
1. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us with your concerns and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. If the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us with evidence and we can refund the item purchase price or rebuild your item.
We are unable to refund on bespoke items, however please contact us if you have a concern and we will endeavour to help you. Bespoke items, such as cupboard doors and drawers, will be made using the measurements we are provided with from the seller. Please ensure total accuracy when providing measurements for your project. If you live in our local area, we can measure the space for you. We can not be held responsible if the measurements provided to us are not accurate.

We can exchange your standard piece of furniture for an alternative if it is damaged in transit. You can return a standard piece of furniture within 14 working days and receive a full refund on the purchase price. Delivery costs will not be refunded. You can exchange an item once.
